We came into being to share our unique approach to IT service. We believe that a superb customer experience and an innovation mindset should be the at the heart of the 21st century IT function.
We are firmly of the view that these are the methods via which IT service functions can be part of the digital transformation age.
Our name, by the way, is not a three letter acronym, it is a mnemonic which means customer experience and innovation. It’s pronounced ‘cex-ee’, which we like because if you say it fast enough it sounds like ‘succeed’ or even ‘sexy’.
